on us and our families, because we as humans, our activities are always center around

epidemic in our community and reduce the contagion effect.

Collect & Deliver Service is one of the two offers initiated under our new Mazda Contactless Service program. It is designed to bring convenience to our customers apart from addressing the needs for social distancing in response to COVID-19. We will come to your home or office to collect your vehicle for service and maintenance. We will disinfect the interior of your vehicle before and after service. Both the Collect & Deliver Service and the Disinfectant service are provided as compliments from Mazda.
Mobile Service is our other offer of customer convenience and contactless service. This mobile service operating since 2017 is for those customers who enjoy watching the service and maintenance being carried out on their vehicles from the comfort of their homes. Our mobile service team will arrive at your doorstep with a specially equipped mobile service truck. This mobile service at your doorstep is also complimentary from Mazda.

Appropriate care needs to be taken to make sure that your Mazda is in smooth working condition when the Movement Control Order (MCO) ends and we are finally able to go out exploring once again.
Do an On-Car-Charging by turning off all accessories i.e. Radio and A/C, and start the engine and allow it to idle for 15-20 minutes once every 3 to 5 days. Remember to keep the BONNET OPEN during the charging! Alternatively, you can loosen the nut that holds the terminal onto the negative (-) lid by using a socket wrench size 10mm (0.4 in). This helps to prevent your vehicle's electrical system from depleting the current from the battery.
It is advised to park your car indoors to shield it from the elements and keep it at a moderately steady temperature. If such a spot is not available, cover the car using a proper vehicle cover.
Move your car back and forth once in a while. This will help prevent flat spots on the tires. Don't forget to keep your tire pressure properly inflated too.

As the COVID-19 has been officially declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization and continues to grow and evolve, staying indoors and safe is the most important thing any of us can do during this time. Safety remains our top priority too. We’ve made necessary adjustments for COVID-19 precautions for a safe environment and your peace of mind.
For customers who are sending their vehicles to a workshop for servicing or repairing, body temperature screening will be done before you disembark from your vehicles at the entrance.
All our staff and customers are required to practice social distancing for at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance from each other, in compliance with the guidelines outline by MOH in stopping any chances of spreading viruses.
Before the service or repairing process, your vehicle will be thoroughly disinfected. All interior parts including the door handle, steering wheel, all inner door trims, complete vehicle dashboard, center console box and more will be wiped and sanitized.
During the process, we also make sure that our front-line staff to wear a mask and a pair of surgical gloves when interacting with customers. This is to make sure we take every safety measure possible to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
After the disinfection and cleaning, your vehicle will only be sent into workshops for technicians to proceed for servicing or repairing needs. Once the car completed, the vehicle will be sent to be washed, vacuumed and thoroughly disinfected once again.
